If you are a tourist

Reservations for accommodation offers available on the CazareTuristi.ro portal can be made in two ways:

  1. By phone, directly with the owners of the accommodation units.

  2. Through the reservation form of the selected accommodation unit. We recommend that tourists combine the two options mentioned above, as this allows tourists to post reviews based on previous written reservations.

Tourists have the option to choose how they wish to be contacted by the hotel agents, which can be selected in the online booking form.

The response to your accommodation request must reach you within a maximum of 18 hours from its submission. If you do not receive a response within this timeframe, consider that the accommodation unit either did not receive your request or chose not to respond in writing. Also, tourists can send a maximum of two accommodation requests per day.

 


If you are an accommodation provider

All written accommodation requests from tourists will be automatically sent to the email address used to register your hotelier account.

Our team recommends responding to all accommodation requests received via email within a maximum of 18 hours from their submission. Tourists have the option to choose how they wish to be contacted, either by phone or email.

Accommodation bookings from tourists will be automatically deleted from the CazareTuristi.ro portal after 48 hours.
